Following an assessment, the most appropriate treatment or course will be recommended for your skin.
Microneedling
£75 per treatment — approximately 60 minutes
Microneedling stimulates the skin’s natural repair response and supports collagen production. It may help improve fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven texture, acne scarring and overall skin quality. For best results, a course of treatments may be recommended, normally spaced approximately 4 weeks apart.
Chemical Peels
£75 per treatment — approximately 60 minutes
Professional skin peels are selected according to your skin type, condition and individual concerns. They can help improve dullness, pigmentation, congestion, fine lines and uneven skin texture. The appropriate peel will be selected following your skin assessment. Treatments may be recommended as a course, normally spaced approximately 4 weeks apart.
Mesotherapy
£75 per treatment — approximately 60 minutes
Mesotherapy is a personalised skin treatment designed to improve hydration, radiance and overall skin quality. It can be tailored to address dehydration, dullness, fine lines and uneven skin texture. A course may be recommended depending on your individual skin needs, with treatments normally spaced approximately 4 weeks apart.
A consultation is required before skin blemish removal treatment.
During the consultation, the blemish will be assessed, treatment options explained and the likely cost discussed. If the lesion is not suitable for cosmetic treatment, referral for medical assessment may be recommended.

Dermoscopic Assessment
Where appropriate, a dermatoscope may be used during assessment to provide a magnified view of structures within the skin and help determine whether a blemish is suitable for cosmetic treatment.
Specialist image referral: With the client’s consent, clinical and dermoscopic photographs may be referred to an appropriate medical or dermatology service for diagnostic review before treatment where needed.
Dermoscopy supports assessment but does not replace a medical diagnosis or histopathology. Any suspicious, changing or uncertain lesion will not be treated cosmetically and will be referred for appropriate medical assessment.
*Mole reduction and cyst treatment are subject to consultation and suitability. Prices are a guide and depend on the type, size, number, location and complexity of the blemish. Some conditions may require more than one treatment session.
Injectable skin boosters are selected following consultation rather than using a one-product-fits-all approach. Treatment may focus on dehydration, fine lines, loss of elasticity, dullness and overall skin quality. A personalised course may be recommended depending on the product selected and your individual skin.
New clients: Please book an Advanced Aesthetics Consultation before booking your first skin booster treatment.
Polynucleotide Skin Rejuvenation
Consultation required | Treatment appointment: 60 minutes | Price according to product and treatment area
Polynucleotide treatment is available selectively following consultation and suitability assessment. It may be considered for clients seeking improvement in overall skin quality, hydration, texture and the appearance of fine lines. Product choice and course recommendations are personalised.
New clients: Please book an Advanced Aesthetics Consultation before booking your first polynucleotide treatment.
Dermal filler treatment is tailored to you. Following consultation, the most appropriate filler is selected according to your facial anatomy, skin and tissue quality, treatment area, existing volume and the result you would like to achieve. Treatment may be used to soften suitable lines, restore lost facial volume or enhance and support facial contours.
New clients: Please book a Dermal Filler Consultation before your first treatment. The final treatment cost will be confirmed following assessment and will depend on the product, treatment area and amount required.
Lip Enhancement & Restoration – £200 | 60 minutes
Lip filler is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. At Shamrock Clinic, every treatment begins with an individual assessment so that the filler, amount and technique can be selected for your lips and the result you would like to achieve.
Treatment may be used to enhance volume, improve shape and definition, support the lip border, provide subtle rejuvenation or restore changes associated with ageing. For clients who prefer a very natural result, treatment can focus on gentle definition and restoration rather than noticeable volume.
Why Product Choice Matters
Different hyaluronic-acid fillers have different characteristics. Some are designed for delicate, understated lip
volume and border definition, while others provide greater projection and volume or are suited to fine lines around the mouth. Product choice is therefore made following assessment rather than asking the client to choose a filler brand online.
FREE Consultation
Not sure what your lips need? Book a FREE 30-minute lip consultation. We will discuss the result you are looking for, assess your lips and facial proportions, and explain the most appropriate treatment options before you decide whether you would like to proceed.
Bespoke Anti-Wrinkle Treatment – from £190 | 60 minutes
Anti-wrinkle treatment is not a one-size-fits-all procedure. Every treatment is individually planned following assessment of facial anatomy, muscle movement and your treatment goals. Your personalised plan may address appropriate areas of the face or neck depending on your individual assessment and prescription.
Mandatory prescribing consultation – £30 | 30 minutes
A face-to-face prescribing consultation is required before treatment. This allows the prescriber to assess suitability and, where appropriate, create an individual prescription and treatment plan.
Facial thread vein treatment is designed to reduce the appearance of small, visible superficial blood
vessels on the face.
Facial Thread Vein Removal – £45 | Appointment time: 60 minutes
A consultation and assessment will be carried out to determine suitability for treatment and to discuss the area of concern, expected results and aftercare. Treatment is tailored to the individual client and the size, location and number of visible vessels being treated.
Treatment intervals
Where further treatment is required, appointments are spaced at approximately 4-week intervals to allow the skin time to heal and the treated area to be reassessed.
Please note
The number of sessions required varies from client to client. Some vessels may require more than one treatment, and results cannot be guaranteed. Full aftercare advice will be provided.
Clinical Foot Health Appointment
